I contacted customer support at RioParty and they said they are having ongoing maintence right now and dont have a timeline for when it will be done and to check back on the site later. Also i have had your free 10 activated, just log into your account and look in your cashier and it will be there.
Anyone who downloads Poker Royale has to go to live chat and they will activate it and it should be there within 24 hours!
