You are only winning 50% of your showdowns. You should be winnning much more than that. Fold when you think you are beat. Raise more, looks like you may be just calling too often too.

Yeah, once you decide to play a hand it seems you are unwilling to fold. Should be folding much more of the hands post flop and/or betting after the flop strongly. Good luck!

I agree with both of them.except I'd add that you check alot also.You may be worried about someone slow playing.But watch the amount players bet when they have and don't have if you can notice the differences you have that player by the balls.make notes so you remember.Gl
