These are all the reasons I play live cash games to online ring games. In a live cash game at a Casino there is no table talk and a rare "dammit" from some1 who folded a winner. Where as online some people will say a number of things they dont realize hurt the players involved in the hand. I understand people get mad and saying things outloud happens but when you play online you have to type not talk and to me thats a blunt statement that they are simply ignorant or they just have no proper poker decorum.

thats like giving out information to your opponents.. noone should talk during the hand except those still in it.. anyone out of the hand who says "i knew i shoulda stayed" is way over the line.. no excuses for this type of behavior at the table

I have done this myself, but only when the hand is over. I may comment that I ooopsed while the round is still going but nothing more. It is poor sportsmanship if you make unneeded comments about your hand until it is over

i dont want to talk to u about my bad beats i will tell you this though i lost 950 in 1 hand so thats worst then a bad beat for my poker history

I can't stand people that do that. If your not in the hand shut up let the others play. Then after the hand you can discuss the hand if people want to but it not just shut up about and suck it up. Be ready for your next hand.

I think all rooms should ban chat and provide quick tabs to convey nice hand or thank you although it is fun to pick on idiots after a few beers

Dont know if the guy was tryin to be funny or not...but each time he would win a big pot..mostly by suckout...he would say Nh...he only said it when he won!...that guy annoyed the crap outta me! Lol

this is prob my biggest peeve about online gaming. At least in a live game you can tell the person to shuttup. It really ruins the hand/game for me and other players. I see it at least once a tourney at one of my tables.
Love poker too much for bad apples to run me off though. I try to adjust and ignore this, It really sux tho!
