Default People are telling my play has been rude as of late!!

I don't know how taking control of a table raising the blinds and things are bad.. He told me its was bad table manners to steal blinds and pick on weak players.. I started cursing and asked him if he ever played poker before then people at my table ganged up on me... I don't know why people crying has no place in poker besides winning..

The cursing was the rudeness! never do that when you are winning. Shows a poor one. Might just want to keep up what you are doing and let them sound off. For by them doing that, there are actually complementing you on your play. So don't let it get to you.
And the other way around. Don't call others out. For this will keep them away from you and lessen your chances of playing them again if they got some of yours.
Just be cool headed. Never say a thing or try to defend your actions. For tell them where to find you outside the battle field, Then might want to enlighten them on that play. Also say gg when you leave.

i dont think u did anything wrong...if ur chip leader..u should try to beat up on ur opponents and scare them out of pots...thats how u win tourneys...i love when im chip leader...it feels good...most of the time the chip leader's stack would keep increasing and soon enough ur in the money or u are winning the tourney...gl and dont let that bother u

I think you know you were doing the right thing and playing a solid game, but i do agree with megan that you shouldnt use profanity because all that does is put a target on you for everyone else.

Playing the big stack bully is ok but, if your raising or re-raising every hand and, jamming the pot on the flop eventually someone is going to catch a hand and, take you down a notch. Cussing at the table however is never appropriate unless your mad at your self and, that should mostly be internalized. If your on the internet it is simple enough just to ignor the comments coming from the peanut gallery. If your at a live game either at home or, in a B&M card room you should simply point out that they are being rude by telling you how to play but, leave the cursing out of it. Unless of course they begin with personally disparaging remarks or the insults cross a line to insulting your family heritage. In that case you should put the cards down for a moment and, ask them if they would like to step out side to discuss a different kind of beating that they are about to receive.

If you ask me this means your keeping the pressure on the table and they cant take it anymore I always have to keep the chat off if people are being retards, its more relaxing and i can concentrate better. It almost makes them disappear

Dre, never use profanity at the table. It makes you look ignorant. As far as their ranting, they are just mad that you are catching hands and they aren't. Definately mute them it they get hostile.

Default Why the chatbox?

In my opinion the chatbox is just a piece of BS. Its only bad losers an abusive language there anyway. When I play poker I shut the chatbox down, and the only time I use it is when I hit 4 of a kind or better, if someone else got it, or when someone outsmarts me by their excellent playing, and then words like WP, NH or TY.

Been playing online for a few years now, and from time to time I do have it on, especially when I am on the final table and so on, and you can see clearly that if it is only a few people left, people get more polite and well; the language are nicer. Am I wrong or is this just somethink I think?

Every other week I blow off some steam. lets say you got AA, going all in and get a call and by a miracle turn/river I still lose, and you have seen the guy doing a wrong move at the right time. Then SOMETIMES write BINGO in frustration
