I have played on these sites for quite a while now. The software is decent and they do hold regular 50$ freerolls. However only the top 10 are paid, so you have to do really well in one to start a bankroll. As with most sites freeroll winnings are restricted so once you win some you must play the tables or other tourneys to free up the money. If you make money in a buy-in tourney which you bought in using freeroll winnings the buy-in winnings are not restricted. The competition is decent so bring your good game with you when you play.

I like the graphics here and features such as the rabbit cam and the ability to show 1 card to an opponent is fun. There are also some good private tournaments and as mentioned the 14 days worth of depositors tourneys are a good way to start a roll.

I like Carbon Poker, and their Badugi game. Graphics are good. Speed is good. Since TRR is starting tourneys at Walker Poker, I just downloaded it and, POOF, there is the Carbon skin on Walker. Hope I like it there as well as I do Carbon. |
