Let me ask you a couple of questions first. 1) What days are you playing? 2) what games are you playing? 3) what time of day?

All these will clue you into something

1- Do not get involved during the weekend. The most bad beat stories happen during this time for the quality and intelect levels are down. (Donks) I prefer to call them PC'd Poker Challanged, they just don't know anybetter.

2) Holdem is the toughest to generate money with the amount of people playing these days. Try another game.

3) This is key here. I find the best time for me is late or very early in the morning. Day time hours ar for the people who don't work and do nothing but play.

Most people have pokertracker or pokerhost to support there games, thus puting most people at a disadvantage from the get go.
Play monday through thursday, stay away from the PC'd.
And the best thing I can tell you as a TRR member, NEVER!! I MEAN NEVER go offf on someone who hit there longshot and put you out. This will only affirm to them they made the right play against you and further promote stupidity on there part.
I hope these few things help you in you ultimate goal of being a profitable player.

i think the reason i can win on pokerstars is because of the max players per tourney!

just to many

lately at stars cant get any decent cards. Dont know if it has to do with the software or from not paying the dealer his monthly commission lol

It hasnt affected me in the slightest. I placed in the top 88 on a freroll today. Well see how that holds up for me on Sunday though, Oh crap, I just remembered thats Super Bowl Sunday. Yeah maybe the software is to balme for the scheduling conflict.

Talking Ouch!!

NO but iv been loosing in a bad way by luck. Loosing high hands AA KK calling pre-flop all in. Conservative is the way to be! I think?

I really don't care too much for pokerstars. There set up there is hard to navigate for me. It takes me forever to find what I am looking for but that was the same situation before their update. I would play there more I suppose if their format wasn't what it is..

i seem to lose at holdem everytime i play lately on any site. just runnin bad when i pay to get in. Im runnin good in freerolls though. i have been trying to figure out if i play better when i dont have anything on the line? I think I play different when I have nothing to lose. I am usually drinkin beer in frrerolls....maybe i just need to drink more...hmmm. but in response to this threads originator..poker stars is a bust for me now and always has been. gl there!
