Let me ask you a couple of questions first. 1) What days are you playing? 2) what games are you playing? 3) what time of day?
All these will clue you into something
1- Do not get involved during the weekend. The most bad beat stories happen during this time for the quality and intelect levels are down. (Donks) I prefer to call them PC'd Poker Challanged, they just don't know anybetter.
2) Holdem is the toughest to generate money with the amount of people playing these days. Try another game.
3) This is key here. I find the best time for me is late or very early in the morning. Day time hours ar for the people who don't work and do nothing but play.
Most people have pokertracker or pokerhost to support there games, thus puting most people at a disadvantage from the get go.
Play monday through thursday, stay away from the PC'd.
And the best thing I can tell you as a TRR member, NEVER!! I MEAN NEVER go offf on someone who hit there longshot and put you out. This will only affirm to them they made the right play against you and further promote stupidity on there part.
I hope these few things help you in you ultimate goal of being a profitable player.
