Bodog customer service really good

So anyways I am back to playing all the time, and having taken out all my money on bodog, I decided to write them and say their bonuses werent that great and as being such a loyal player they should do more for me. They gave me sixteen tourney bux and i promptly turned that into some money in tourneys like 40 bux, now i built that up to a few hundy. Then yesterday, I got a reload bonus and they accidentaly doubled it, they found out and took it away, I didnt know this is what happened when they told me i got upset and wrote them that I wanted it back or wouldnt deposit there again and they gave it back to me and said my happiness was imiportant to them. Considering they answer emails within minutes and hook up stuff when you complain and not to mention wire you money the same day nothing beats bodog for customer service, just thought I would put that out there. Feel like I owe em some good pub.

gotta agree with you.. .i've had to contact them on a couple of occasions for minor things and they answered quickly.. had to contact them over the phone for one other thing and it went very smooth.. i read so much about bad customer service on other forums about other sites and i have YET to see one negative complaint about bodog's customer service!

I just put cash on my bodog account and my shit credit card company was giving me shit about paying to an online poker site there costumer service reps helped me out a whole lot.i was having the same problem at a few sites and there the only ones who knew how to fix it.SO CUDO'S TO THEM.

Good to hear. Haven't deposited on Bodog, but have won $10 so far on their freerolls. Seems to work nicely. Haven't had problems with the software (unlike ftp).

I've had only good experinces with Bodog. Withdrawals by check take a while but I was told to expect a month. It took less than three weeks. I liked there old software more than their new software but it still works great. I recommend Bodog.
