i prefer the six seat games at absolute (and vegas once i win some freeroll $). quite a few times i've come back from 6th with 60 to 200 in chips to take 1st or 2nd. i don't like being the underdog, that's for sure, but it forces me to be patient and what the others have said happens. they knock themselves out as i rebuild with great hands. i make money in about 60% of my sit n gos.

60% in the money is very good..keep up the good work.

I called and he had pocket 3s and knocked me out. I need to figure something out with these sit and go's fast.

Edit: I just played in another tourney, first hand someone goes all in and I have pocket aces and I lose. Fuck full tilt.

All-ins are often coin flips. Try to avoid them them unless you are short-stacked. Calling that all-in with A-K almost certainly made it a coin flip unless he had 2 undercards which even then only makes you a 3-2 favorite.
The lower the two cards, if they are connected the better odds your opponent has because your two cards don't affect his straight draws. Playing against a maniac is always tough for sure. If you get in with the best of it you will win in the long run though. Just avoid this early on in the tourney.

Play only strong hands because playing suited 4-3 for example is not likely to win but if you play the right hands eventually you will make it to the top
Also in the final table with fewer players be more agressive and try to steal blinds if you do things right the chances of you making it good are high

in the early levels i mostly will play only good cards no since trying to get creative early on when all the donks will call anything. I want to get my chips in with the nuts and just hope the donks re-raise or go all in then its gg and thank you for your chips. Later on i will play some marginal hands and HU its anything goes.

All-In works everytime but....once

Chris
