any tips on these type of tourneys

9 people table 10 min blinds

Hold Em
Overall, play tight. Then once you get a feel for how the table is playing adjust your game. In general, play the opposite strategy than the majority of the table. Watch out for calling stations and move in specialists.

Omaha
I like to try to keep pots as low as possible until I hit a monster hand. Omaha is all about drawing to the nuts, or close to it. The more players in the hand the closer to the nuts you need to be to win the pot.
