I would pick....

Doyle Brunson. Why not play a living legend before it is too late. What a treat it would be. Think of how much you might learn from him.
Phil Helmuth. Why not pick the best tournament player? Again, the wealth of knowledge you could gain from him.
Phil Ivey. Just to play against him would help me in the long run. Being able to sit at the same table with him and not be intimidated (after some time has passed of course) would be priceless.
Johnny Chan. I really like the way he plays the game. He is so relaxed at the table and playing against him would be fun.
Stu Unger. I wish he were still alive and drugless. He was the best player of his time and maybe all time. He could read anyone like a book.
Jennifer Harman. Fierce player. Plays in the biggest cash games. She could teach me alot.

005 that looks like the table of death you get a couple lower tier pros on there lol. If you managed to win that table, without pure luck I bet one of em would stake you.
