Ok I replied to the email they sent me with my password a few times but nobody answers me. I don't know if maybe I have my username wrong and I just don't know what to do anymore :(

Well mr pokeravenueusa i have sent u a private message with no response from you.I have played banner poker which is the same as ur site pokeravenueusa for several months.All you do is rip people off.U lie to people,no support,and will not cash players out.You said in ur statement that ur site is growing and thats bull.I have been trying to cashout at banner for 2 weeks,and all i get is lies.Support wont even talk about it.In fact live support hasnt even answered for 2 days. Please respond to this thread if u have the guts.

I have tried several times in the past few days again to withdrawl from banner.Live support wont even talk they keep cutting me off,they refuse to talk to me.I have made 2 deposits there and they still wont talk to me about cashing out.No response from emal support,and i have gotten no response back from mr pokeravenusa.I sent him a private message here on the forum,and havent got a reply back.They are really a ripoff.i have ask for my 320 to be sent back to my epassporte account,and they refuse to talk about it.They have a head cashier,whom i have emailed with no response.
