Default Email about BJO

All right this is the email i got from my affiliate manager about BJO to clear things up for people:

Dear Affiliate:

We want to recommend that to all affiliates that you remove any banner you currently have in place with BigJuicyOdds, LuckyHog Poker, and WingowsPoker as we are concerned about the stability of the DGS network. We want to protect you, our affiliates to the best of our ability.

We at CanAffco are uncomfortable with the level of communication and support from the DGS network. This is not a reflection on the individual sites at all, which in our opinion are good people. Our concern is with the network itself, and because of this we are recommending that our affiliates stop actively promoting sites on the DGS network until we advise otherwise.

Thumbs down

I received the following email:

"01.08.2008 (10:11 AM CST)
BigJuicyOdds (SBR rating D+) poker network (DGS) folds. BJO states that the provider has closed with licensee and player funds. BJO also tells SBR it will be transferring all poker balances to a new network provider, Dobrosoft. The migration of accounts is expected to take three days. Players can also request a payout or a balance credit in the BigJuicyOdds sportsbook, which is a separately operated. Players with other poker brands may be less fortunate. JunglePoker.com is owned by the Dynamic Gaming network and is not expected to settle accounts. G2Gpoker, a poker-only gaming site, has previously stiffed players as part of the Futurebet Gaming network."

Default Bjo

As far as I know BJO is going to do the deed and compensate the accounts of those. Sure it might take some time but I do believe they will.

Cant say I didnt see that coming, so far all the sites I figured would start going belly up have except pitbull, and they actually do a good job of paying out, I have to say I thought they were going the route of Tropical, Spades and Jungle.

Default DGS update

January 21, 2008

San Jose, Costa Rica - Dynamic Gaming Systems (DGS) announced today that an agreement for the transfer of their network has been reached with Cintaly Holding Corporation (CHC).

CHC, based out of the British Virgin Islands, anticipates having the DGS network in full operation within 72 hours of the transaction being completed. Executives of CHC stated they were excited by the opportunity to take over one of the finest poker software networks online today. Although the details of the transaction were not made public, it is our understanding CHC intends to honour all verified existing Player Balances and Licensee Agreements.

CHC acknowledged the news reports that indicated that some of DGS’s Licensees may have already transitioned their player onto other networks. Although disappointed that they had left, this deal is a win-win for all current and future licensees, and players. CHC strongly emphasized that their prime objective was to get all remaining Players, Licensees back operational as fast as possible.
