Vegas 247 Software Issues and Support

I have been suffering big time with this software and support over the past two months. Does anyone have any real contacts to get help?

I can't log in to that sight and the network is the same as absolut poker

UNfortunately AP fired their good people over a year ago and what they are using seems to be those fine folks who decided not to run off with the circus.

Ever since the aquisition of UB, vegas has been telling me I have to many accounts. lol Well D'oh. I need three, 1 for each site. Will they ever hire someone who understands this?

The story that I got was that when the government acted against neteller volume dried up and that cuts had to be made.

The good people were fired and there were a few.

I was then told that AP needed 6 months to hire and train new people.

Well its now at least twice this time and the personnel situation is not improved.

How long should it take to hire and train personnel?

I would argue 30 days. not over a year.

As of yet i havent had any problems with the software. I havent payed there in quite some time. ive been mainly playing at Tilt, Stars, Cake Network

I've only played at vegas Poker twice and wasn't too impressed with the software.

I guess unless you really want to play there I'd suggest moving to a bigger site

I won like $30 at VP24/7, and I think I'll blow it now before it gets caught in some "grey" area.

Supposedly Vegas has merged with Absolute Poker
One of the old owners of Vegas has told everyone that there money will be safe and ultimately moved to Absolute.
