We're working on a better chat/shout box solution. I'm thinking about getting a really good paid one, but I want to wait until this site is making more money. We'll be there soon and I will keep looking. In the meantime, if anyone finds a good free shout box, let me know.

is it possible to use your chatroom on the front of the forum instead of a shoutbox? alot of people for some reason dont make use of the chatroom so i was thinking that if you had an open faced chatroom that is always open (no entering a room, then you would get more use out of it and if people can log in and see people chatting they would be more inclined to do so as well. anyway its just a thought to get more use of it and also not having to deal with buying a chatbox.

i think i found a free shoutbox and pm'd chane. i think a shoutbox would be better than the chatroom because you wouldnt have to open another window. the chatroom is nice for tourneys though because you can see who is watching or chatting so you dont say something that may affect someone at your table. |
