Penny registers and sits out because she is showing support for the forum. she works and its hard for her to stay up till 4 in the morning to play.
sitting out costs her money so im sure she would rather be playing, but she knows the more people we have in these tournaments the more likely we are to get freerolls so she pays even though she sits out.
