How about some TRR Card Covers?

Ask and you shall receive. I have finally finished them. They are about 2" in diameter, 1/4" thick and I'm guessing 40-50 grams in weight. Both sides are identical. If anyone is interested I can make them available on eBay. I will only sell them for my cost of making them, which I still need to figure out, plus shipping. I don't intend on making a profit. It's just something I wanted to do for our members and to support the forum. PM me if you are interested and I will get you the details.

I'm willing to do other customer covers if anyone is interested. Give me a theme or a logo and I will be happy to make you one for the same price of $3 plus shipping. I've looked long and hard for custom card covers and they are always too expensive. I am very happy I can now make my own and don't mind sharing!!
