hey steph u wont get stuck with a bad team if your not there, it auto picks 4 u, and on auto pick it will auto pick the next best player on the list ...

so u could end up with a really good team if people end up pickin the players they like, and they might not be the best players...

We need ya Steph! The auto ranking will choose the best team available at the time so it doesn't really matter if you can make it or not.
